Program Description

Baroni Law uses SMS messaging to communicate with current and prospective clients regarding appointments, consultations, case updates, document requests, and related informational messages.

Consent to Receive Messages

By providing your mobile phone number and opting in, you expressly consent to receive SMS messages from Baroni Law at the number provided. Consent is not a condition of purchase or of receiving any legal services. You represent that you are the subscriber of the mobile number provided or are authorized to provide it.

Message Frequency

Message frequency varies based on your interaction with our firm. You may receive recurring messages related to your inquiry, appointment, or matter.

Message and Data Rates

Message and data rates may apply. Baroni Law does not charge for SMS messages, but your mobile carrier’s standard messaging rates will apply. Contact your carrier for details about your plan.

Opt-Out Instructions

You may opt out of SMS messages at any time by replying STOP to any message you receive from us. After you send STOP, we will send a confirmation message and you will not receive additional SMS messages from the program. To rejoin, reply START.

Supported Carriers

SMS messaging is supported on most major U.S. carriers. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

Privacy

SMS consent and mobile phone numbers are not shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing purposes. See our Privacy Policy for full details on how we collect, use, and safeguard your information.

Changes to These Terms

We may update these SMS Terms and Conditions from time to time. The “Last updated” date above reflects the most recent revision. Continued participation in our SMS program after changes constitutes your acceptance of the revised terms.
