Our office is in Paoli, and we counsel families throughout Chester County, Delaware County and Montgomery County. Gregory Baroni has been a practicing attorney for 22 years.

That counseling is our focus, and it results in a comprehensive set of plan documents. There is no one-size fits all plan or template. Every person and family is unique, and we built our practice to focus on your unique situation.

Elder law work here means planning for the cost and the reality of care: how care will be paid for, how assets are protected, how a spouse who remains at home is provided for, and who will have the authority to act when help is needed.

Over 22 years we have built a strong network of community partners in the elder law arena including personal care planners, advocates, and financial counselors, so when a family needs help beyond legal counseling we can point them toward people we know and trust.
